Can You Help Us Find a Piece of Saddlers History?

The Supporters’ Trust Memorabilia Stall is about more than old programmes and shirts. Every item tells part of the story of Walsall Football Club and sometimes supporters come to us looking for a particular piece of that history.

We’ve recently been contacted by a Saddlers supporter who is searching for a copy of the programme from Walsall v Liverpool in the FA Cup in 1968.

There’s also a charitable reason to help with the search. If we can successfully track down a copy, the supporter has offered to make a donation to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, one of the charities being supported by the Trust this season.

So we’re asking Saddlers supporters to have a look through their collections.

Perhaps you have a copy tucked away in a box of old programmes, or maybe you know another collector who might be able to help us locate one.
