The Walsall Football Supporters’ Trust is pleased to welcome Keira as our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Board Member.

As part of her role, Keira wants to hear directly from supporters about their experiences of accessibility at Walsall FC and around the ground.

If you, a family member or someone you know has experienced an accessibility concern, barrier or difficulty, we would like to hear from you.

This could include issues relating to attending matches, accessing facilities, moving around the ground, the matchday experience, communication, or any other aspect of visiting Walsall FC.

Keira said:

“Your experiences and feedback are important. By hearing directly from supporters, we can better understand where barriers exist and work with the Club to identify where improvements could be made.

“Our aim is to help make Walsall FC as accessible and inclusive as possible for everyone.

“Even if you are unsure whether something is relevant, please get in touch. Every supporter’s experience matters and every voice deserves to be heard.”

Supporters can contact Keira through the Trust at wfcstrust@gmail.com.

All responses will be treated in confidence. Where experiences or concerns are raised with the Club or used as part of the Trust’s work, they will be anonymised and personal details will not be shared.

The Trust will use the feedback received to help identify recurring accessibility issues and to support constructive discussions with Walsall FC about where improvements can be made.
